A lot remained the same yet everything looks different and in a very good way, Original wood was sandblasted to reveal its natural beauty, “Huge” windows were added to allow for even more amazing views, bathrooms were put on the main floor and the bar as well as outdoor seating area will make it difficult to head back

Saturday marked the opening days for Buttermilk and Aspen Highlands to complete the foursome, allowing all 4 of Aspen’s unique mountains to be open. What better way to kick off opening day at Buttermilk than with Chocolate? That's why it was Chocolate Day. They truly do think of everything to please the visitor. Summit For Life...
Winter kicked in to gear with some new snow and the largest early winter season event “The Astellas Aspen Summit for Life” race and fundraiser December 2 and 3rd. The event is a fundraiser that raises awareness for organ and tissue donation and is organized and put together by the Chris Klug Foundation and its many sponsors and volunteers.
