Is Mikaela for real…? the World Cup season just got started and Mikaela Shiffrin continued to just get better and it is tough to get better when you are the best. Killington, VT put on another spectacular World Cup over Thanksgiving week with huge crowds and a very fast course. Mikaela finished 2nd in GS and won the slalom the following day. All good -- but the best is yet to come! The following weekend she upped the ante and competed in the Downhill at Lake Louise. In only her 4th downhill race-- she won! Lindsey Vonn came in 12th. The Olympics are going to be amazing and the thought of Mikaela taking podiums in 5 disciplines is real.
